These terms govern the use of the website pr-logistics.net. Transport services are governed in addition by the individual quote and contract.

2. Information on this website

We take care to keep all information accurate. Prices and transit times shown are indicative. Only the written quote is binding.

3. Quotes and contracts

A transport contract is concluded only when you accept our written quote. The quote specifies price, route, transit time and conditions.

4. Customer obligations

  • You must describe the goods correctly and completely and provide all required documents.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the goods may legally be exported, transported and imported.
  • Additional costs caused by incorrect information, such as fines, storage or return shipping, are charged to you.

5. Prohibited goods

Weapons, ammunition, drugs, counterfeit goods and any goods prohibited under Iraqi or international law are excluded from transport. Dangerous goods require prior written approval.

6. Liability

  • Our liability for loss of or damage to goods is governed by the applicable international transport conventions and Iraqi law, and is limited to the amounts set out there, unless cargo insurance has been agreed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, force majeure, war, strikes, weather or measures taken by public authorities.

7. Customer account

You must keep your login details secret. Notify us immediately if you suspect misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and design, belongs to Prime Route Logistics or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, including the Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951, and the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region. The courts of Sulaymaniyah have jurisdiction.

10. Language

These terms are available in Kurdish, Arabic, Persian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Kurdish version prevails.
