Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our customers ask most. Can't find yours? Contact us directly.

Which countries do you ship from?

We ship regularly from Germany and the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, China, Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates. Other countries of origin are possible on request.

Where do you deliver?

Across the Kurdistan Region, including Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok, to all provinces of federal Iraq and to Iran. We deliver to your door or your warehouse, or you can collect your goods from our office in Sulaymaniyah.

Which transport options do you offer?

Air freight for urgent and high-value goods, sea freight as a full container (FCL) or shared container (LCL) for large volumes, and road freight as a full truck or groupage from Europe and Türkiye. If you are unsure, we recommend the most economical option for your shipment.

How long does a shipment take?

As a guide: air freight 5 to 10 days, road freight from Europe 12 to 20 days and sea freight 30 to 50 days. The actual transit time depends on origin, route and customs clearance. Every quote states an estimated delivery date.

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form on our website or send us the details on WhatsApp: origin, destination, type of goods, weight and dimensions. We usually reply within one working day with a written quote. Quotes are free and without obligation.

How is the price calculated?

The price is based on the chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight), the route, the mode of transport, the type of goods and any additional services such as pickup, storage or insurance. Every item is listed in the quote; customs duties and taxes set by the authorities are shown separately.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes. We prepare the customs documents and clear your goods at export and import on your behalf. Duties and taxes are charged at the amount set by the authorities, without a surcharge, and are itemised on the invoice.

Which documents do I need?

Usually a commercial invoice and a packing list. Depending on the goods, a certificate of origin, an import licence or product certificates may also be required. Once we have your request, we tell you exactly which documents are needed.

Can you collect the goods from my supplier?

Yes. We collect from your supplier or warehouse in the country of origin and can combine goods from several suppliers into one shipment to save costs.

How can I track my shipment?

Every shipment receives a unique PRL number. Enter it on our tracking page to see the current status and the full history. With a customer account you also see all your shipments and can download their documents.

Which goods cannot be shipped?

We do not transport weapons, ammunition, drugs, counterfeit goods or anything prohibited under Iraqi or international law. Dangerous goods, lithium batteries, liquids and food require prior approval.

Is my shipment insured?

Cargo insurance is available on request and covers loss or damage up to the declared value. We recommend it for high-value goods. Without insurance, liability is limited under the applicable transport conventions.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer or in cash at our office in Sulaymaniyah. The currency and payment terms are stated in your quote.
